Why should we choose you as a staff member rather than someone else? (Min. 150 words): I believe I am a hard working, confident and 
helpful person. I can provide for everyone and anyone including staff for anything they need or want. I am active and have a working 
microphone so I can communicate in any way possible.
Because i'm confident I can handle situations and take control when needed to get the best possible outcome for the situation,
I make sure to put as much effort as possible into being a staff member because I know what I will get is respect from players 
I make sure to keep reading the rules so I always keep myself updated so I know how to deal with situations the best I can,
If I can support the server in any way possible and this is a way then I will do it to make sure that this server can be where I aspire it to be.

Scenario 1.
=14pxYou get a report that someone RDM'd another user, how would you handle the situation? What steps would take to rectify the situation?:
I would ask the reportee if he has any proof to support his claim, if he does not I will use the logs to my advantage and try and find evidence to
support the claim aswell, If I cannot find any proof I will tell the reportee that there is no evidence to support his claim and he must start recording
to make sure next time he has proof, I will also keep an eye out on the Reported Individual.

If this is not the case and the player does have proof I will take actions into the appropriate measures my checking his warnings to see if he has 
any previous warns on this matter if he does I will kick him depending on the severity of these other warns, I would also check the playtime if it is
below 24 hours then I would take it in as if he just started and may not have remembered the rules, I would then take this and give him a verbal
warning, If his playtime is above 24 hours I would then understand he has been playing for a while and should know a basic understanding on 
the rules (Enough to know he shouldn't RDM).


Scenario 2.
=14pxYou see 2 players constantly metagaming, you've warned them twice already and they are still doing it, what would you do in this situation?:
I would see it as ignoring staff since I have warned them twice, I would kick them or give them a temp ban depending on there playtime or 
depending if it's happened before, If this is the case it would be a temp ban assuming they aren't stopping after a third and final warning.



Scenario 3.
=14pxYou see someone flinging props around and prop flying, how would you handle this?:
I would tell them to stop immediatley if this request is ignored I will delete his/her prop and tell him if he carries on he will be warned, 
if he does carry on and I end up warning him and then he still carries on then I would kick him and if he joins back and carries on it will
be a ban since you cannot prop abuse as it may affect other players.

Hello mr Tom ! Your application seems good, only one thing i would like to say, ''Scenario1 - if he does not I will use the logs to my advantage'' you have to use your logs everytime, the reportee could try to lie you !
